Interior painting in Burke Centre

Burke Centre sits just north of Fairfax Station — seventeen hundred acres, close to six thousand homes, and five villages that each feel like their own place. Whether you are in the Woods, the Oaks, the Ponds, the Landings or the Commons, you are a short drive from my door.

What Burke Centre homes are like to paint

Burke Centre was one of the first large planned communities in Northern Virginia, built in phases from 1977 into the early 1990s. That range is why no two villages paint quite the same. The Oaks leans toward late-1970s and 1980s colonials and split-levels around fifteen hundred to two thousand square feet; other sections run newer, larger and more open.

What they share is the wooded setting — and that matters more than people expect. Mature tree cover means less direct light through the windows, so a color that looked warm on a chip in the store can read grey and cold on your wall by four in the afternoon. I test color in your room, at the hour you actually live in it, before we commit.
